SHOP POLICIES

• Due to copyright limitations, the majority of my photos are cropped or not of full image, so to see uncensored and/or full photos please visit my instagram. 
• Please do not mix pre orders and in hand pins.
• Any orders featuring both will have their in hand pins refunded asap. 
• Address changes must be submitted via email, as dms or discord messages cannot be guaranteed to be seen.
• Please do not contact me via the contact page on my website— it is unreliable and I rarely see messages sent there. 
• Address changes must be submitted ASAP and can be submitted at any time. I will confirm the change with a response email— if you have not recieved a confirmation email please bump your message or message me again. 
• As of May 2024 I will no longer combine pre-orders unless they are shipping internationally.
• Shopify makes combining orders extremely difficult and confusing and causes too many issues for me when sending out orders. 
• I will combine orders for in hand drops
• Address changes must be submitted within 24 hours. 
• After 24 hours address changes cannot be guaranteed

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

• All sales are final!
• I do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. 
• Refunds are not offered unless:
• The design you ordered was cancelled or shelved for later use.

• Please do not include preorders in your cart when buying in-hand items. If you buy in hand items along with pre orders, any in hand item in your order will be refunded.
• If you purchase any pin as a preorder, there is an expected 6-8 month minimum waiting period before you will receive your pins. Please understand this when purchasing. 
• Preorder pins are guaranteed to be the best pins of the batch.
• Preorder sales are not refundable as they are needed for the production of the pins.
• I do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once again— ALL sales are final.
• Please see previous section for details on refunds.

GRADING

• Enamel pins are handmade and therefore flaws are bound to happen.
• Backs and sides of pins are not included in grading, unless there is a unique backstamp design! 
• Grading of my pins is as follows: 
• A grades, also called standard grades, are pins that I have deemed to be the best of the bunch.
• They may still have minor flaws, however these flaws are not detrimental to the design of the pin and are not visible unless at an angle/under direct lighting.
• Meaning that a pin with an A grading does not necessarily equal a flawless or perfect pin
• B grades are pins that I have deemed to be okay condition but have more noticeable flaws.
• This includes small scratches, nicks, bumps. 
• C grades are pins that have apparent flaws in places that are more evident and may visually effect the overall design of the pin,
• Such as scratches, bubbles, areas of underfilled/overfilled enamel, miscolored areas, or enamel damage. 
• Seconds grade are a combination of B and C grades.
• D/F grades are pins that are extremely damaged in a way that can be seen easily to the naked eye. 
• This includes large areas of screenprint errors, large miscolored areas, damaged enamel, large bubbles, incorrect colors, etc.
• D/F grades will be listed separately and sold at an extreme discount. 

• P4P pins are ungraded, meaning they will be a mix of standards grade and seconds grade. 
• However pre ordered P4Ps will be guaranteed the best of the batch.
• I will personally quality check each pin before sending it out. 
• Please do not purchase p4ps if you are not comfortable with this policy! I do not accept refunds due to lack of understanding. 

SHIPPING

• In hand items will be shipped within 7 business days, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
• I ship out of the US so International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
• The presale packing process is complex and has a lot of moving parts, it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days to pack presale pins.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

• All purchases from my site include insurance via Shipstation, Shopify, or USPS (depending on which shipping option was chosen). Please contact me as soon as possible so that I may file a claim with the insurance and send a replacement to you. 
• It is your responsibility to contact me within 100 days, otherwise the insurance no longer applies. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• My store does not automatically charge for VAT so please be aware that you may be liable for extra fees if you're ordering from the UK/EU so please purchase via ETSY if this is a concern for you. 
• I am not responsible for any custom fees for international buyers. 
• I encourage buyers to purchase package insurance if shipping oversees, for your own protection. 
• Any international packages will automatically be packed with extra bubble wrap and extra padding!

QUANTITY LIMITS

• Multiples of each pin are allowed, unless stated otherwise.
• P4P pins will usually be unlimited, should you be interested in them!
• For pins that are limit 1 per person, purchasing more than 1 will result in your full order being refunded. 
• If there are any limits it will say so in the description of the product post! You can also always feel free to ask me if you're unsure!

DROP BUDDIES

• Drop buddies are always welcome to help you during a drop!
• However, in the event that your drop buddies and you all successfully knab the pin(s), I do not offer refunds to either party. 

RESELLING AND TRADING

• I encourage you to wait until after the pin is in your possession to resell or trade it, however at the end of the day that is up to your discretion! 
• Do not resell my pins for more than drop price + shipping + taxes while the pin is still available in my shop.
• Outside of the above rule I have no policies in place for trading or selling my pins! Once a pin is in your hands it is yours and you may do whatever you'd like with it!
• Do not sell freebie pins for more than shipping costs. They were given to you for free as a reward, please don’t take advantage of others to flip them or sell them for outrageous prices. 

LIMITED EDITION, OPEN PRE ORDER, OR RESTOCKING?

• When I work with an artist to pin an already existing piece, it is with the knowledge that I will only do a limited number of pins with their design, therefore these will always be limited edition with no restocks, unless the artist specifically states they are open to other possibilities!
• If there is no previous agreement with the artist, I am open to restocking any of my pins should there be enough interest!
• My other pins will state in their description if they are limited edition or open pre order. 
• Open pre order pins of p4ps will result in very few extras!
