• If you purchase any pin as a preorder, please understand that there is an expected 6-8 month minimum waiting period before you receive your pins. 
• Pre-order sales are not refundable as they are needed for the production of the pins.
• I do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on pre-order items. 
• All PO sales are final.

• If your package is returned to me for any reasons such as from failing to pay for customs, inputting an invalid address at checkout, or post office error, you will be given the following options:

either receive a refund for the order MINUS the costs of shipping

OR

re-pay for shipping so a new label can be printed and I can re-send out the package.

• I encourage you to wait until after the pin is in your possession to resell or trade it. However at the end of the day that is up to your discretion! 
• Do not resell my pins for more than drop price + shipping + taxes while the pin is still available in my shop.
• Outside of the above rule I have no policies in place for trading or selling my pins!
• Once a pin is in your hands it is yours and you may do whatever you'd like with it! 

Unfortunately I am completely limited by the workings of USPS and UPS, I can only ship where they dictate that I am able.

Due to this I am currently unable to ship to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Chad, Cuba, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Libya, Mongolia, Russian, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen. 

Shipping/package insurance is included automatically with every single order! 

• Drop buddies are always welcome to help you during a drop! 
• However, in the event that your drop buddies and you all successfully knab the pin(s), I do not offer refunds. 

• Multiples of each pin are allowed, unless stated otherwise.
• P4P pins will usually be unlimited, should you be interested in them!
• For pins that are limit 1 per person, purchasing more than 1 will result in your full order being refunded. 
• If there are any limits it will say so in the description of the product post!
• You can also always feel free to ask me if you're unsure!

When I say I love nothing more than being tagged in posts I mean it!! Tag me in ten posts, tag me in a thousand posts, and I will love all of them!! 

I recommend using a microfiber or glasses cleaning cloth to wipe the face of your pins.

Outside of that, if you're trying to remove excess screenprint or screenprint imperfections you can use acetone (nail polish remover) or very strong isopropyl alcohol with a q-tip or small cotton ball. When doing this please be careful as once screenprint is removed it cannot be undone!!
