If you purchase any pin as a preorder, there is an expected 3-6 month minimum waiting period before you receive your pins.
- Preorder sales are not refundable as they are needed for the production of the pins.
- I do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on pre order items. Please understand that all PO sales are final.

If your package is returned to me for any reasons such as from failing to pay for customs, inputting an invalid address at checkout, or post office error, you will be given the following options:
- either receive a refund for the order MINUS the shipping
- re-pay for shipping so a new label can be printed and I can re-send out the package
